She was born Aug. 7, 1929, in Augusta, a daughter of Lloyd and Elizabeth Wright Belden. She married Earl J. Kelly on July 9, 1947, in Rushville. He died Nov. 10, 1964.
Surviving are her companion Ted Parsano, with whom she made her home; two daughters, Jeanie (and Charles) Kirkham of Camden and Joyce Stambaugh of Rushville; three sons, James (and Pam), Jack (and Dixie) and Jerry (and Pam), all of Camden; one brother, Harold Belden of Augusta; 10 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchildren.
She was a farmer's wife, factory worker and licensed practical nurse until retiring.
She was a member of Schuyler American Legion Unit No. 4, the Rainbow Garden Club, Schuyler Home Extension and Rushville Red Hat Ladies. She also was active at Schuyler Senior Center for many years.
Services were held Friday at Worthington Funeral Home with Rev. Dixie Croxton officiating. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery in Augusta.
