Mrs. Mildred Jenkins, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Moore of Astoria, died at her home near Vermont, Saturday evening.
Mrs. Jenkins had been ill for several months with tuberculosis.
Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by two daughters, Ida Louise and Virginia Lee; one sister, Mrs. Pauline Peterman, of Springfield and three brothers, Clair Moore of Peoria, Dean and Ralph. She was a member of the Crescent chapter, O. E. S. lodge.
Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock at the home, Rev. W. H. Day, pastor of the Astoria M. E. church officiating. Burial in Vermont cemetery.
