Wanda W. Huff, 87, of Huntington, Ind., formerly of Vermont, died at 5:20 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 1998, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Huntington.
She was born April 3, 1911, in Pleasant Township, Fulton County, a daughter of Joseph and Minnie Hopping Lawver. She married Russell Huff on Aug. 5, 1931, in Lewistown. He died Sept. 15, 1989. One brother and three sisters also preceded her in death.
Surviving are one daughter, Phyllis Ann Lyons of Huntington; one sister, Velma Munson of San Ramon, Calif.; two grandsons; and three great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Astoria Assembly of God Church.
Services were held Tuesday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Rev. Clifford Parry officiating. Burial was in Vermont Cemetery.
