M. Fern Geiman, 99, of Rushville, formerly of Astoria, died at 8:35 p.m. Sept. 29, 2009, at Culbertson Memorial Hospital Long Term Care in Rushville.
She was born April 3, 1910, in Astoria, a daughter of Daniel S. and Viola Waggoner Dutton. She married Marvin Jefferson Geiman on Nov. 6, 1932, in Astoria. He preceded her in death on March 27, 2001.
She also was preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers.
Surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was a homemaker. She helped her husband farm.
She was a member of Astoria Christian Church and Fulton County Farm Bureau.
Services were held Saturday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Gary Sheets officiating. Burial was in Woodland Cemetery in Astoria.
