Phyllis D. Genseal, 73, of Rushville died at 1:55 p.m. July 7, 2006, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
She was born March 29, 1933, in Ipava, a daughter of A. Parker and Annabel Lee Robertson. She married George J. Genseal on Jan. 31, 1952, in Palmyra, Mo. He survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Dennis (Carol Ann Genseal) Greenwood of Chantilly, Va.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, John McMullen; and one sister, Melba Lee Hollenback.
She worked for Surber and Genseal Meat Processing and then for Kerr Homecenter for 10 years, retiring in 2004.
Graveside services were held Monday at Ipava Cemetery with Doug Krukewitt officiating. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria was in charge of arrangements.
