Kenneth L. “Slim” Gillenwater, 77, of Cary, Ill., died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 1990, at his home.
Surviving are his wife, Mildred; two sons, Stanley and Roderick; one daughter Patricia Runchey; and three grandchildren.
Also surviving is one sister, Lucille Poppenhager of Astoria.
Funeral services were held at Kahle-Moore Funeral Home in Cary. Mr. Gillenwater was a long time resident of Rushville, moving to Cary in 1955.
