Miss Pearl Grove, 78, lifetime Astoria area resident, died at 5:15 p.m. Monday evening, Nov. 10, 1975, at the Astoria Care Center where she had been residing for the past several months.
She was born March 10, 1897, near Astoria, a daughter of George Ahaz and Emma Danner Grove.
She was a member of the Astoria Church of the Brethren.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday afternoon at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Rev. D. Arnold Naff officiating. Burial will be in the South Fulton Cemetery near Astoria.
Friends may call Wednesday afternoon and evening at Shawgo’s.
