Adda B. Geiman Dies In Wisconsin

Mrs. Adda B. Geiman, 78, of Astoria, died Saturday morning in a hospital in Kenosha, Wis., where she had been visiting since May 4. She had been a patient in the hospital for several weeks.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Shawgo Funeral Home in Astoria with Rev. Dean Cripe officiating. Burial was in the Astoria Cemetery.

She was a member of the Bader Christian Church.

Mrs. Geiman was born July 21, 1891, in Schuyler County, the daughter of Charles and May Stambach Long. She was married to Dennis Geiman on Aug. 10, 1907; he died Feb. 5, 1965.

She is survived by two sons, Christian Geiman of Iroquois, S. D., and Aden Geiman of Sturgis, S. D.; three daughters, Mrs. Ada Mae Wysoglad of Antioch, Mrs. Frances Johnson of Dubuque, Iowa, and Mrs. Lois Laing of Mt. Prospect; 21 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Hazel Welker of Astoria.

A grandchild, three brothers, and two sisters died previously.
