She was born Oct. 3, 1964, in Aurora, the daughter of Robert and Mary Anne Tuer Nelson.
She married Rex Fouts on March 16, 1982, in Table Grove. He survives.
Also surviving are two children, Bradley (and Sam) Fouts of Table Grove and Amber (and Chris) Moreland of Evansville, Wis.; two brothers, Jeff Nelson of Beason and Greg (and Debby) Nelson of Montgomery; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one daughter, Heather Colston.
She worked in the trust department at Mid-American National Bank in Macomb for 15 years. She also was the owner and operator of Simply Suzanne in Ipava and Macomb for 15 years.
Services were held Saturday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Tim Lindsay officiating. Burial was in the Ipava Cemetery.
