He was born June 24, 1939, in Peoria, a son of Milton and Gladys Hancock Forsman.
Surviving are three children, Kevin Forsman of Sister Bay, Wis., Darrin Forsman of Bartonville and Teresa Jackson of Cedar Hills, Texas; one brother, Edward Forsman of Peoria; one sister, Mary Hardin of Zephyrhills, Fla.; and several grandchildren.
He was a union laborer for local union #165 in Peoria and was a teacher for the local union in Versailles.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton is in charge of arrangements.
