She was born Oct. 2, 1937, in Geneseo, the daughter of Archie and Rosalie Glenn Garlick. She married William Ronald Fowler on March 10, 1969, in Carrollton. He survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Paula (and Kent) Warning of Quincy; three sons, Kevin (and Kris) Mickelson of Canton, Ga., William (and Shellie) Fowler of Houston, Texas, and Rick (and Cam) Fowler of Littleton; two brothers, Donald (and Kathy) Garlick of Macomb and Marvin (and Sue) Garlick of Geneseo; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was an LPN and physical therapist at Culbertson Memorial Hospital until retiring in 1993.
She was a member of Brooklyn United Methodist Church.
Services were held Saturday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Rev. Charla Meyers officiating. Burial was in Blackburn Cemetery near Brooklyn.
