Kelly Suzanne Frye-Glasser, 52, of Sandy, Utah, formerly of Vermont, died Aug. 1, 2010, with her husband as a result of an accident.Kelly Suzanne Frye-Glasser, 52, of Sandy, Utah, formerly of Vermont, died Aug. 1, 2010, with her husband as a result of an accident.
She was born Dec. 8, 1957, in Vermont, a daughter of Roy Lee Frye and Betty June Danner. She first married Philip Tice. Later, she married Joseph “Joe” John Glasser on Sept. 9, 2001, in California.
Surviving are one son, Dylan Terrance Tice; and one daughter, Annie Elizabeth Tice; her mother, Betty; and two sisters, Dixie (and Cliff) Thalwitzer of Summerfield, Fla., and Kris (and Steven) Fawcett of Washington, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Lee Frye.
She spent the early years of her life in and around Vermont. She then completed undergraduate degrees in English and history from Western Illinois University in Macomb. She was awarded her J.D. by the J. Rueben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1992 and most recently worked as a Guardian ad Litem for the State of Utah.
Services were held in Salt Lake City, Utah. Starks Funeral Parlor was in charge of arrangements.
