Mrs. Corda Frye, 95, of Peoria, formerly of Ipava, died at 11 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, 1978, at Methodist Hospital in Peoria.
She was born Oct. 4, 1882 in Ipava, the daughter of William and Mary Lampton Lalicker. She married Clinton E. Frye Sept. 23, 1916 at Kansas City, Mo. He died Feb. 19, 1961.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Verna Frye of Peoria.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, five sisters and five brothers.
She was a member of the Methodist Church and a 35-year member of the Harmony Rebekah Lodge in Vermont.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Shawgo Memorial Home in Ipava with Rev. Charles P. Polstra officiating. Burial was in Vermont Cemetery.
