Andrew Jackson Easley, farmer residing near Vermont, died at 7:20 Wednesday night in McDonough Hospital in Macomb. He had been a patient there 11 days.
Mr. Easley was born at Ipava July 20, 1877. He was married to Alta O. Hamm, who died June 2, 1942. Surviving are two sons, Earl Easley of Vermont and Lloyd Easley of Boulder, Colo.; eight grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren. Two sons and one brother are deceased.
Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Vermont Christian Church, the Rev. Rae VanEtten officiating. Burial was in Vermont Cemetery.
