Robert L. Duncan, 92, of Macomb, formerly of Vermont, died at 1 a.m. Dec. 27, 2011, at The Elms in Macomb.
He was born May 12, 1919, in Canton, a son of Frank and Alice Coleman Duncan. He married Jane Carol Sexton on April 18, 1964, in Vermont. She preceded him in death on April 29, 2011.
He also was preceded in death by one brother, Philip Duncan.
Surviving are one brother, John (and Lola) Duncan of Lewistown; two nieces; and one nephew.
He worked as a farm hand and then worked at Vermont Foundry for 40 years.
He was a 50-year member of Vermont Masonic Lodge #116 and Vermont Christian Church.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Reverend Tim Gilliland officiating. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in Vermont Cemetery.
