She was born Sept. 24, 1925, in Browning, the daughter of George and Fairy Harris McGinnis. She married Albert “Whitey” Breeden. He preceded her in death on Oct. 31, 1980. She later married William Lee Clements on Aug. 8, 1981, in Browning. He preceded her in death on April 19, 2011.
She also was preceded in death by one daughter, Roxanne Callihan.
Surviving are one daughter, Sheila Ann (and Randy) Pherigo of Beardstown; two stepsons, Michael Lee Clements of Jacksonville and Patrick Ray (and Marsha) Clements of Rushville; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Bader Christian Church.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Mr. Mike Shirley officiating. Burial will follow in Browning Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of services on Wednesday.
