Ellen Cregger, 88, of Lewistown died at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2005, at Graham Hospital Extended Care in Canton.
She was born Nov. 13, 1916, in Monmouth, a daughter of William Alfred and Ethel B. Isenberg Cline. She married Wayne P. Cregger on Nov. 15, 1934, in Macomb. He died Dec. 24, 1999.
She also was preceded in death by one brother, three sisters, and one grandchild.
Surviving are one son, William A. (and Ruth) of East Peoria; three daughters, Leona (and William) Weime of Sierra Vista, Ariz., Kathleen of Lewistown, and Carol (and Roscoe "Ed") Smith, of Lewistown; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandchild.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Lewistown Church of the Nazarene. She also was a charter member of Monmouth Church of the Nazarene.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at her church, with the Revs. Ithel Kenser and Terry Vance officiating. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown.
Memorials may be made to her church or Graham Hospital Extended Care in Canton.
