Naomi I. Cochran, 92, of Bartonville died at 2:15 a.m. Monday, June 7, 2004, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born Dec. 8, 1911, in Isabel Township, Fulton County, a daughter of Hugh and Sarah Thomas Foutch. She married Marshall Hughes. He preceded her in death.
She later married O.E. Cochran. He preceded her in death.
She also was preceded in death by one son, Phillip M. Hughes; four brothers; and four sisters.
Surviving are one son, Kenneth Hughes of Peotone; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one sister, Irma Salisbury of Canton.
She was a seamstress at the Peoria State Hospital in Bartonville, retiring in 1973.
Cremation has been accorded. There will be a private memorial service with Revs. Fred and Darlene Reiner officating. Burial was in Maryville Cemetery in Bryant.
