Thomas CurlessThomas CurlessThomas Michael Curless, 53, of Bartonville, died at 8:45 a.m. Friday, May 16, 1997, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born June 7, 1943, in Rushville, a son of Thomas E. and Alice Bryant Curless.
Surviving are two sons, Benjamin Michael and Nathan Todd, both of Bartonville; his mother, Alice Wilson of Astoria; and one brother, Phillip Curless of Lewistown. He was preceded in death by his father.
A member of Teamsters Local 627, he last worked for KLP Construction. He was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.
Services were held Monday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Rev. Phillip Glick officiating. Burial was in Astoria Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to an education fund for his sons established at Farmers State Bank of Astoria.
