Lyle R. Cramblet, 86, of Marietta, died at 11:40 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14, 1996, at Avon Nursing Home in Avon.
He was born May 25, 1910, in Table Grove, a son of Guy Albert and Dolly Mae Hensley Cramblet. He married Frances Irene Gilmore on July 26, 1933, in Ipava. She died Aug. 18, 1993. One sister and one brother also preceded him in death.
Surviving are three daughters, Shirley Hart of Rushville, Joan Easley of Ipava, and Beverly Plotts of Cuba; two brothers, Clyde Cramblet of Florida and Jerry Cramblet of Bushnell; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home in Bushnell. Calling hours will be after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home where visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight. Burial will be in Marietta Cemetery.
