Randy LeRoy Cagle, 37, of Blandinsville died at 4:50 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, 1996, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
He was born June 15, 1958, in Rushville, a son of George and Freida Jones Cagle. He married Vickie A. Spencer on April 3, 1977, in Macomb. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Randy Lee Cagle and Jeremy Lee Cagle, both at home; his mother and stepfather, Freida and Bill Kugler of Macomb; one brother, Robert of Macomb; two sisters, Ronda Johnson of Table Grove and Ronelle Cagle of Carthage; and one stepsister, Mary Hallesy of Macomb.
He was preceded in death by his father, one brother and two sisters.
He was a machinist at Automotive Wholesale in Macomb for 14 years. He also was an emergency medical technician and volunteer fireman in Blandinsville.
A memorial service was held this morning at Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral Home in Macomb with Rev. A. Lee Unger officiating. Cremation has been accorded.
