Estella F. Cook, 82, of Sunset Manor Nursing Home of Canton, died at 12:52 a.m. Monday, Jan. 15, 1990, at the Home.
She was born July 26, 1907, in Schuyler County, the daughter of William and Julia (Waggoner) Prather. She married Denzel Cook on May 20, 1928, in Rushville. He died April 2, 1981, in Canton.
She was also preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. J. Keith (Norma J.) Lenover of Canton; one granddaughter; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Clifford Prather of Rushville; and one sister, Mrs. Farie Warrington of Macomb.
The Cook family formerly lived in Vermont.
She was a member of the Church of the Brethren.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Oaks Memorial Chapel. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery.
