Sally Ann Clark, 43, of 756 E. Rose Drive, Midwest City, Okla., formerly of Astoria, died at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, 1990, at Oklahoma Memorial Hospital in Oklahoma City.
She was born Aug. 23, 1946, in Dallas City, Ill., a daughter of Frank Robert and Ethel Mae (Viall) Seward. On Sept. 22, 1967, she was married to Richard A. Clark in Astoria, Ill. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, Terry Allen, one daughter, Carrie Mae, three grandsons, and her mother, Ethel Mae Seward, all of Midwest City, Okla.; and one brother, Robert Seward of Beardstown, Ill.
Graveside funeral services were held in Arlington Memorial Gardens in Oklahoma City at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 11, 1990, with Rev. William Rackley officiating.
