Buford Colston, 62, of Ipava, died Sunday in McDonough District Hospital.
Services will be announced by Shawgo Memorial Home in Ipava.

Buford D. Colston, 62, of Ipava, died at 11:54 p.m. Sunday, Mar. 3, 1985, at McDonough District Hospital, Macomb.
He was born Sept. 10, 1922, in Myrtle, Miss., the son of William B. and Althadall (Wiley) Colston. He married Dorothy Crisel Mar. 2, 1946, in Augusta, Ark. She survives.
Other survivors include his father and stepmother, Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Colston of Patterson, Ark.; four daughters, Wanda Hall, Donna Bent, Shirley Hopping and Bea Hopping, all of Ipava; three sons, John Colston of Little Rock, Ark., Buford Jr. and Elton Colston, both of Ipava; 12 grandchildren; four brothers, Charles and Johnny Colston, both of Warren, Mich., R. Lee and Elvis Colston, both of Gary, Ind.; and two sisters, Florence Ashburn of McCrory, Ark., and Burnice Bice of Kansas City, Kans.
He was preceded in death by his mother, three brothers and two sisters.
He was a veteran of World War II.
Graveside military rites were conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Ipava Cemetery by the Ipava American Legion Post.
