Benton Robert Camp, infant son of Alva and Annie Camp, born Feb. 9, 1916, departed this life March 31, 1916, aged 7 weeks and 2 days. He is survived by his father and mother and little sister Dorothy Irene. One little sister Edith, having preceded him to his heavenly home.
Little Benton was of a loving disposition, and had a smile for everyone that knew him.
When he was four weeks old he was stricken with that dread disease whooping cough from which he bore his suffering well. All that loving hands could do for him was done.
The funeral service was held in the Salem church Saturday afternoon at two o'clock, conducted by Rev. Ella Niswonger. Interment in Salem cemetery.
