Jane BillingsleyJeanette “Jane” Caroline Billingsley of Rushville died June 14, 2022, in Macomb.

She was born July 8, 1948, in Beardstown, a daughter of Forrest Wayne “Hoatsie” and Carolee Joyce Pryor Thompson. She married Randall Lee Billingsley on Sept. 16, 1966, in Rushville. He survives.

Also surviving are one son, Bradley Wayne (and Cora) Billingsley; two sisters, Lisa (and Bill) Roberts and Tamra Cowen (and friend Mike Chandler); one brother, Bill Thompson; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy Thompson and Chris Krouch; and two sisters, Karen Trilling and Sandra Ganther.

She was owner and operator of Jane’s Hair It Is from 1982-88. Through the years she was a beautician, insurance claims clerk and her last position held was a clerk at the Schuyler County Courthouse.

A funeral service was held Saturday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Rev. Fred Fritz and Pastor Jeremy Norton officiating. Burial was in Rushville City Cemetery.
