Jacquelyn L. Beer, 75, died Feb. 1, 2022, at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind.
She was born July 25, 1946, in Galesburg, a daughter of Charles and Eunice Craft. She married Robert Jessop Beer on Sept. 11, 1965. He preceded her in death.
She also was preceded in death by her parents.
Surviving are eight children, Amy (and Slade) Smith of Yorktown, Robert (and Bobbi) Beer II and Thomas and (Trisha) Beer, both of Syracuse, Victoria Richardson, Christian (and Lisa) Beer, John (and Tabatha) Beer and Nicholas (and Brittany) Beer, all of Milford, and Abby (and Caleb) Gish of Othello, Wash.; one sister, Judy Wood of Clearfield, Utah; one brother, George (and Alcinda) Craft of Vermont; 20 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She graduated from VIT, then continued to pursue a degree in dental hygiene. Along with her husband and family, she operated the family business Beer’s and Jessop’s. She also was a 50-plus year member of the Eastern Star.
Services were held Tuesday in Milford. Mishler Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
