He was born Aug. 1, 1950, in Rushville, a son of Edward Henry and Aileen Moore Boehm.
Surviving are two brothers, Allan (and Linda) Boehm of Champaign and Gordon (and Candace) Boehm of Danville; one sister, Cynthia (and Ron) Ward of Macomb; and several nieces and nephews.
He was a 1969 graduate of Rushville High School. He worked as a store clerk at Boehm’s meat and grocery store, as a custodian at Culbertson Memorial Hospital, a watchman for the Illinois Secretary of State and an advertising salesman for National Press.
He was a member of Rushville First United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 24, at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Rev. Stacey Tomich officiating. Burial will follow in Rushville City Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
