She was born July 31, 1924, in rural Ipava, a daughter of Sherman and Gertrude Vaughn Kruzan. She married Herbert T. Beadles on Nov. 2, 1940, in Keokuk, Iowa. He died July 20, 2011.
Surviving are one son, Gale Beadles of Lewistown; one daughter, Connie Lannery of Lewistown; one sister, Garnet Workman of Lewistown; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was a housewife and lifelong farmer along with her husband.
She was a member of the Lewistown VFW Post 5001 women’s auxiliary, the Lewistown American Legion Bishop Post 1 women’s auxiliary and the Fulton County Farm Bureau.
A graveside service was held Monday at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown with Reverend Larry Wright officiating. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown was in charge of arrangements.
