She was born July 2, 1909, in Delavan, a daughter of Harry and Elizabeth Berns Larimore. She married Harold Bankes on March 15, 1930. He preceded her in death on March 28, 1998.
She also was preceded in death by one son, Robert Bankes; two sisters, Arlene and Imajene; and one great-grandchild.
Surviving are two children, Ronald (and Joan) Bankes of Canton and F. Marilyn (Everett) Madson of Ipava; 11 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 22 great-great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Locust Lane Church.
Services were held Tuesday at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton with Rev. Doug Krukewitt officiating. Burial was in Littleton Cemetery.
