Jackie Belville

Jackie Lee Belville, 55, of rural Rushville died at 6:45 p.m. Sunday, April 20, 2003, at his home.

He was born Oct. 1, 1947, in Rushville, a son of Perry "Tater" and Christina C. Harris Belville. He married Ruth Hallmark on June 14, 1964. He later married Donna Claassen on Jan. 19, 2001, in Rushville. She survives.

Also surviving are one daughter, Ronda (and Jim) Roberts of Macomb; one son, Randy (and Jenel) of Springfield; two stepsons, Eldon Roberts and Jacob Roberts, both at home; three sisters, Janet Belville of Beardstown, Sandra Jockisch of Vermont, and Carolyn Barrett of Jacksonville; three brothers, Larry of Beardstown, Robert Sr. of Rushville and Dennis Sr. of Pleasant View; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters.

He owned and operated Belville Construction. He and his wife also owned and operated Country Bumpkin in Rushville.

He was a member of First Southern Baptist Church of Rushville.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at his church with Rev. Mike Hall officiating. Burial will be in Browning Cemetery. Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville is in charge of arrangements.
