Harriett Katherine (Bayles) Beck, 65, died Tuesday, June 6, 1995. She was a resident of The Heritage House Nursing Home in Clinton, Ind.
She was born Feb. 23, 1930, a daughter of Bert and Ina Bayles. She married Frank (Curly) Beck. He preceded her in death. She grew up in the Rushville area and was also an Astoria resident.
She is survived by one son, George Humphrey; two grandchildren, Brandy and Ryan Humphrey; two sisters, Jane Yelton of Colchester and Dorothy Webster of Girard; one brother, Gene Bayles of Cleveland, Miss.; and a niece, Dollie Peck of Beardstown, who was raised by her parents.
Preceding her in death were her parents, one infant son, her husband, one sister, and four brothers.
A memorial services will be held Saturday, July 8 at 11 a.m. at the Rushville Cemetery.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
