He was born Sept. 21, 1983, in Canton, the son of J.C. Clore and Mary Ziegenhorn.
He was preceded in death by his father, paternal grandparents and maternal grandparents.
Surviving are his mother of Lewistown; four sisters, Angela (and Lanny Burgard) Ziegenhorn of Ipava, Jade (and Danielle Hughes) Ziegenhorn of Lewistown and Jessica Clore and Jasmine Clore, both of Canton.
Jeremy enjoyed playing his guitar and playing online video games.
Cremation will be accorded. The family will plan a Celebration of Life at a later date. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown is in charge of arrangements.
