Lucille Zimmerman, 77, of Macomb, died at 4:25 a.m. Sunday, April 28, 1996, at McDonough District Hospital.
She was born Feb. 25, 1919, in LaHarpe, a daughter of Joseph T. and Lola Lincoln Lefler. She married Marion J. Zimmerman on March 3, 1937, in Carthage. He died Sept. 7, 1962. One granddaughter and two half brothers also preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons, Larry of Augusta and Jerry of Roseville; three daughters, Linda McHone of Macomb, Mrs. Dave (Sandra) Ham of Vermont and Mrs. Jack (Sharon) Konkler of Colchester; one sister, Vera Barton of Burlington, Iowa; 17 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
She last worked at Bethphage in Macomb. She was a member of Macomb Green Thumb and was of the Protestant faith.
Funeral services were held this morning at Jones Mortuary in Colchester with Rev. Henry Nash officiating. Burial was in Mount Auburn Cemetery.
