Bob Wells

Bob C. Wells, 75, of Canton died Oct. 22, 2021, at his home.

He was born Oct. 24, 1945, in West Point, Mississippi, a son of James Wells and Fanny Linda Williams. He married Diane Moore on Dec. 20, 1986, in Canton. She survives.

Also surviving are one daughter, Michelle Jorgensen of Canton; one niece, Stacy Coziahr of Ipava; and three nephews, Greg (and Reesa) Swise of Canton, Billy (and Sharon) Schneider of Peoria Heights and Dan Swise of Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He was a United States Army veteran. He served in the Vietnam War.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Cremation rites will be accorded. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Walnut Cemetery in Banner. Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton is in charge of arrangements.
