He was born June 5, 1944, in Canton, a son of Lawrence and Bertha Todd Williams. He married Beverly Murphy on Jan. 12, 1963, in New Douglas. She survives.
Also surviving are three children, Tina (and Ralph) Foose Jr. of Farmington, Dennis (and Jennifer) Williams Jr. of Washington, Iowa, and Michelle (and Justin) Hagy of Canton; one brother, Perry Williams of Rochester; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother and six sisters.
He retired from Caterpillar in 1997 and then was an over-the-road truck driver for 13 years.
He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Havana and also a member of the UAW Local 974.
Funeral services were held Friday at the Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Pastor Mike Henson officiating. Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown.
