She was born Sept. 27, 1945, in Peoria, a daughter of Frank L. and Gertrude L. Blackburn Keayes. She first married Raymond Hatfill. She later married David Walters. They both preceded her in death.
She also was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Albert L. Keayes; one stepdaughter, Bethany Walters; and one step grandson, George OBourn Jr.
Surviving are two children, Raeanna Dahmm and Samuel Hatfill, both of Canton; four stepdaughters, Julie Crocker of Creve Coeur, Debra (and George) OBourn of Arkansas, Rosie (and Bob) Kalkman of Creve Coeur and Heather Walters of Peoria; two sisters, Anita (and Charlie) Bastain of Cuba and Melody (and Danny) Spencer of Peoria; and eight grandchildren.
She retired after 39 years with Fondulac Rehabilitation Health Care Center in East Peoria where she was Housekeeping/Laundry supervisor.
Cremation will be accorded. There will be no services. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Cuba is in charge of arrangements.
