Bessie Esther Weaver, 93, of Astoria died at 9:49 p.m. Nov. 30, 2019, at The Loft Rehabilitation and Nursing of Canton.
She was born Feb. 17, 1926, in Woodland Township, Fulton County, the daughter of Terrance and Wealthie Weise Kingery. She married Carroll Edward Weaver. He preceded her in death.
She also was preceded in death by one great-grandson; and one brother.
Surviving are one son, Dan (and Cindy) Weaver of Astoria; one daughter, Dixie Weaver of Dewey, Ariz.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was a farmer who loved her animals.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria is in charge of arrangements.
