Ermadean WelkerErmadean Welker, 82, of Lewistown died at 4:40 p.m. Oct. 28, 2017, at Renaissance Care Center in Canton.

She was born May 28, 1935, in Cuba, a daughter of Earl L. and Arizona Rachel Kendrick McNeil. She married Dean R. Welker on Sept. 15, 1957, in Cuba. He preceded her in death on Nov. 1, 1978.

She also was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

Surviving are one son, Dennis (and Janet) Welker of Lewistown; two daughters, Pam (and Andrew) Stuckey of Saybrook and Shelly (and Drew) Behrens of Greenview; one brother, John R. McNeil of Canton; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was a school bus driver 35 years for the Lewistown School District. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Lewistown and the Lewistown VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

Cremation will be accorded. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown with Pastor Stephanie McCullough officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior at the Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s or the Special Olympics.
