Farroll L. "Bud" Wright, 81, of Lewistown died at 7:43 a.m. Sept. 24, 2012, at Graham Hospital in Canton.

He was born Dec. 8, 1930, in Canton, a son of Carl and Blanche Woods Wright. He married Rose Smith on Oct. 28, 1956, in Lewistown. She survives.

Also surviving are one son, Dan (and Lori) Wright of Havana; one daughter, Lisa (and Mark) Irwin of Lewistown; five grandchildren; one brother; and one sister.

He was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.

He retired after many years from International Harvester in Canton.

He served his country by enlisting in the U.S. Navy in 1946. He then enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1953 and served until 1958.

Cremation will be accorded. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Reverend Deryck Sonaram officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the memorial home. Military services will be conducted following the service by Lewistown VFW Post 5001 and Lewistown American Legion Bishop Post 1.
