She was born March 10, 1923, in Kalamazzo, Mich., a daughter of Nichalos and Rose Nagy Weber. She married Irvin M. White Jr. He was killed in France during World War II. She later married Don R. White on Nov. 20, 1946, in Lewistown. He died Aug. 29, 2000.
She also was preceded in death by one son, Robert White; and one brother, Nicholas Weber.
Surviving are two sons, Irvin White of Canton and Marc (and Ree) White of Canton; two daughters, Rosalie (and Doug) Melton of Normal and Christine (and Bill) Gibbs of Lewistown; two brothers, Ferdinand (and Betty) Weber of Countryside and Frank (and Janet) Weber of Lockport; one sister, Irene Yore of Evergreen Park; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Cremation will be accorded and a private family service will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown is in charge of arrangements.
