Mary E. Warfield, 98, of Center Hill, Fla., formerly of Lewistown and Cuba died at 2:15 a.m. Jan. 15, 2010, at Leesburg Regional Medical Center in Leesburg, Fla.
She was born Nov. 10, 1911, in Waterford Township, Fulton County, a daughter of Lewis H. and Mollie Mae Sonnemaker Cozadd. She married Clyde Bishop on April 12, 1930. He died Dec. 4, 1944. She later married John W. Warfield on March 3, 1946. He died Jan. 12, 1990.
She also was preceded in death by three brothers and eight sisters.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
She worked at the former Hiram Walker plant in Peoria for 27 years, retiring in 1973.
She was a member of Illinois Street Christian Church in Lewistown and Cuba American Legion Auxiliary.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Rev. Ray Greenfield officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens in Canton.
