She was born March 7, 1917, in East Moline, a daughter of Edward Earl and Edna Frances Wheeler Potts. She married Lyle West on June 18, 1933, in Palmyra, Mo. He died Jan. 15, 1997.
She also was preceded in death by one son, Lyle E. West; and one brother, Paul Potts.
Surviving are one son, Donald “Mick” (and Patty) West of Indianola, Iowa; one daughter, Jo Ann May of Lewistown; two sisters, Ruby Pollitt and Garnette Dunning, both of Canton; 12 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 24 great-great-grandchildren.
She worked for 20 years as a physical therapist at Graham Hospital before retiring. She was a 46-year member of Rebekah Lodge 566 in Lewistown.
Services were held Saturday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Rev. Ray Greenfield officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown.
