Edith A. Walters, 90, of Lewistown, formerly of Table Grove, died at 11:10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, 2003, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born Sept. 26, 1912, in Eureka, a daughter of James and Anna V. Masten. She married Carl E. Walters on April 4, 1933, in Virginia. He died Sept. 17, 1993.
She also was preceded in death by one son, Rodney; one daughter, Betty Walters; one brother; one sister; and one half brother.
Surviving are two sons, Carl Jr. (and Lana) of Bryant and Tim of Astoria, Ore.; one sister, Mary Comans of Schaumburg; one half sister, Virginia Zupancic of Kingman, Ariz.; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was a homemaker.
Services were held Monday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Ipava. Burial was in Ipava Cemetery.
