FRANK WESTERMAN

Fatally Shot

Frank Westerman, 65, a former Havana business man, apparently shot and killed himself Sunday afternoon on the second floor of a rooming house in Peoria. He left three notes, explaining that the motive was ill health.

Mr. Westerman, it was reported, suffered a stroke some time ago, and feared another attack.

Born in 1875, he had lived in Chillicothe, Havana and Peoria for the last 25 years. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. L. W. Anno of Havana, and a son, Ralph Westerman, Chicago.
