Jacob C. Warner, a single man aged 78, died at Phelps hospital, Macomb, recently from pneumonia. Deceased had worked for farmers in Good Hope neighborhood for many years, his only known relatives being a sister in Indiana. He had accumulated $4,200 from his labor. He directed that he should have a well appointed funeral and was supplied with a casket costing $700. The remains were shipped to his sister in Indiana, to whom the remainder of his estate will go.
