Influenza Claims Harry Witmer

Harry Witmer, a prominent young farmer died at his home north of Astoria at 10:30 o’clock Monday morning, following an attack of influenza.

He leaves to mourn his untimely death, a wife and four children. Harry was a high class young man in every respect, a very energetic and capable young farmer and his death is a severe loss to the community.

The sympathy of everyone is extended to the widow and children in their great sorrow.

The funeral services were held this afternoon at the Church of the Brethren, conducted by S. S. Blough. Interment in the South Fulton cemetery.
