JAMES ADDISON WEESE

James Weese

SUMMUM — James Addison Weese, who has been lingering for many months with the dreadful disease, consumption, passed away to his final rest on Tuesday night of last week. Funeral services were held at the M. W. A. Hall of which order he was a member, on Thursday at two p.m., after which the remains were taken to the Reformed cemetery for burial, followed by a large number of sympathizing friends and neighbors. Rev. M. T. Cooper conducting the services. Mr. Weese was an obliging neighbor, a kind husband, and loving father. We believe truly that he is an example of a man that has practically killed himself by hard labor, exposure and the lack of proper care of his health. He was everybody's friend and we can only express our sympathy to the family in their great loss.
