Pauline VanPelt, 75, of rural Havana died at 6:30 a.m. Nov. 17, 2020, at Graham Hospital in Canton.
She was born May 18, 1945, in Dora, Mo., a daughter of Ernest and Cora Driskell Sparks. She married Larry E. VanPelt on Oct. 29, 1966, in Missouri. He preceded her in death on May 3, 1997.
She also was preceded in death by her parents, one infant daughter and one brother.
Surviving are two sons, Lonnie (and Kristie) VanPelt of Lewistown and Ronnie VanPelt of rural Havana; three brothers, Dwayne Sparks and Don (and Nyla) Sparks, both of Dora, Mo., and Sam (and Eunice) Sparks of Mountain Grove, Mo.; one sister, Evelyn (and Chris) Wilson of Vanzant, Mo.; and two grandchildren.
A graveside service was held Saturday at the Union Chapel Cemetery in Eunice, Mo., with her brother Reverend Dwayne Sparks officiating. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown was in charge of arrangements.
