MARGARET A. “MAGGIE” (COLLIER) VAUGHN

Margaret Vaughn

Margaret A. "Maggie" Vaughn, 66, of Mesa, Ariz., and formerly of Aurora, died Monday, March 7, 2005.

She was born July 17, 1938, in Princeton, W. Va., the daughter of James and Pauline Collier. She married Donald Vaughn. He survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Carey (and Debbie Toberman) and Scott (and Elizabeth) Rogers; four granddaughters; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Vilda Collier; one stepbrother, Dale (and Joanie) Hoorelbek; and three stepsisters, Lonnie Baylor, Pat (and Dick) Hartkopp and Diane (and Junior) Alexander.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Steven Rogers; and two sisters, Shirley Seidelman and Doris Bond.

She served as vice president of the Aurora Athletic Club before retiring to Mesa in 1990.

Services were held Saturday at Dieterle Memorial Home in Montgomery. Burial was in River Hills Memorial Park.
